This is a place where ecosystems of Amazonian, Orinoco and Guyanese origin converge, interwoven by a water network, its physical, chemical and biological characteristics respond to the Andean sources of the Guyana shield and Amazon plain. That biodiversity of ecosystems generates and sustains a super diversity of species. Therefore, it is one of the most important conservation sites in the Orinoco water zone. Its average temperature is 24 to 29 ºC in the rainy season 26 ºC, in the dry season 34 is between 85 and 100 meters above sea level, (85-328 feet); On this Route you can explore different ecosystems such as: floating forest, Varzea forest, Terra Firme forest, white sand sheet, primary and secondary forest, where you can find wonderful birds that live in this area.

Inírida is a small city of no more than 18,000 inhabitants, it is basically a town that coexists with binational trade with Venezuela through the rivers: Orinoco, Inírida and Guaviare, its safe and developed, considering that it is so remote, the majority of the population is indigenous, however the place is also inhabited by many settlers who own trading places.
